Whether Small, Medium or Hard – an outstanding running experience awaits you on all three courses.
At the 10th Silvrettarun 3000 from Ischgl to Galtür nothing could be easier! Over a three-thousand-metre peak? Sounds more difficult. And then into the bargain: on foot, and as fast as possible?
At this point at the latest, most of us would probably opt out ... but not passionate trail runners and marathon runners. They’re just really starting to pay attention now! Because they know that this combination can only mean one thing:
it’s time to lace up your running shoes again and join us at Hotel Sonne in Ischgl!
The mind and body have to be wide awake and alert when trail running. Nevertheless, you also become incredibly relaxed in the process.
Running coach Christian Pflügl explains why running in the mountains makes sense for beginners and experienced runners alike and why Ischgl is one of the most beautiful spots in Austria for him.
The programme includes running analysis, technique training and motoric exercises. But everything is completely uncomplicated and informal.
The focus is on being on the move together in this unique mountain panorama.
