Payment:
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by debit card (Maestro). We accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), from an invoice amount of € 1.000,-. For the obligatory booking please send us a deposit of € 400 per room (free of charge). Our bank account: Raiffeisenbank Ischgl: IBAN: AT 83 3624 8000 0002 7110, BIC: RZTIAT 22248 We also can charge you credit card for the deposit. Please send us your credit card details with expiry date (VISA or Mastercard)
Booking:
The reservation is valid only with a written confirmation and is secured by a deposit. Cancellations are accepted only in written form and valid after a written confirmation from our part . We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. We take care of it - please let us know after booking. By abandonment of any insurance the Austrian hotel contract conditions are valid. The following fees are charged: 3 to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total booked package price, 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 70% of the total booked package price, in the last week before arrival date 90% of the total package price. For double rooms as single use, the price will be for 2 persons minus € 20, - per day. For B&B we will credit you € 8, - per person per day right on the half board price. Unused services, late arrivals or earlier departures are not deducted.
Arrival / Departure:
Check in from 3 pm, check out till 10 am. If you are delayed and arrive after 8 pm, please let us know. We always try to consider your room requests but we cannot confirm this.
Pets:
Due to various complaints and difficulties in the last few years, we have decided to take no more pets. Thank you for your understanding.
For the wellbeing of all guests:
All our rooms and our dining rooms are Non-smoking! You can smoke in the fireplace hall. .
