CANCELLATION CONDITIONS SOMMER 2023
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
up to 14 days before the arrival date a cancellation is possible free of charge
from 14 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total price
for changes or cancellations of the booked reservation we charge a one-time handling fee starting from € 30,-
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WINTER 2023/2024
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
(according to Austrian Hotel Regulations)
2 month before the arrival date a free cancellation is possible
From 2 month to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total package price
From 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
In the event of no-show or early departure, we will charge the entire booked arrangement price
